OUR PROCESS
A four-phase process. No theatre, no jargon.
Every DESTACK project follows the same four phases. The names aren't clever, and the steps aren't novel - what matters is that we actually do them, in order, every time, on time.
01 • DISCOVERY
Understand the business before the product
A week of structured conversations: with you, with your team, with your customers if access allows. Competitive benchmarking and a market scan. We leave Discovery with a one-page brief that says back to you what you said to us — sharper, and ready to test against.
02 • RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Identify the problems worth solving
User interviews, session recordings, analytics audits, and customer journey mapping. We do not skip this. The cost of fixing a UX problem at this stage is roughly one-tenth the cost of fixing it at launch — every project we've worked on confirms that ratio.
03 • DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Iterate quickly and professionally, in the open
Wireframes to high-fidelity, with you in the loop at every transition. We work mostly in Figma and share a live link from day one. No big-reveal moments - design that surprises a client at the end is design that's failed somewhere in the middle. From design to development to a launched, working product. WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and the rest.
04 • VALIDATION
Ship it, then measure with expert precision
Moderated user testing before launch. Analytics, heatmaps and event tracking after. We come back at 30 and 90 days post-launch to read the numbers honestly - even the ones we wish were different.
